Job Description

Develop dealers by selecting high potential customers, specifying right products and delivering high quality of products at right price to achieve the set sales targets.
Handle Existing Dealers by maintaining relationship, servicing their requirements on time to retain and ensure continuation flow of business.
Build Strong Relationship with potential & high potential Customers and Dealers by meeting them regularly, servicing and resolving their queries on time.
Budgeting sales figures as per customer's base to achieve required business share and gross margins.
Preparing route plan to ensure effective use of time, to deliver sales and gross margin budgets.
Identifying list of available customers in the assigned territory by referencing, gathering information through reliable resources and regular market visits in order to shortlist and select customers having potential for business.
Share company products price list, schemes and landing of products and monthly, quarterly and annual benefits to dealer so that Dealer can understand profitability of the business by selling Product range.
Train dealer and shop boy to upgrade their knowledge and selling skills as per companys expectations.
To train the painters and contractor of existing/ new dealer by arranging presentations and application training program to make them understand about product range and benefits of using products in coordination with marketing and technical team.
Effective coordination with Customer service department to process orders and deliveries of products on time and appointment of dealer for supplies by coordinating between dealer and contractor.
Dealer scheme management by on time communication of schemes to Dealers and audits are being done as per companys standards and expectation to boost the sales.
Ensuring timely collection payment to keep control on DSO as per agreed terms within the company policy.

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A.
