- Candidates with strong experience into direct selling / B2B / Institutional Sales
- Sales experience while dealing with end to end customer
- Cater the services to various sectors such as Institutional / Hospitality / Facility / Place of Worship / Education
- New customer acquisition in relevant target segments and manage an effective and profitable pipeline by filtering and qualifying prospects.
- Generate and own leads through various initiatives such as corporate marketing campaigns, online marketing, event participation, ads, content in industry publication, customer referrals and cold channels such as LinkedIn etc.-
- Respond to queries from potential and existing customers, communicate Happy value proposition and negotiate deals successfully.
- Understand client needs, design appropriate solutions basis Happy core competencies and negotiate deals to closure.
- Conceptualize and/or develop new product/service ideas in association with product team to address market needs.
- Experience in similar industry with demo handling skills(or solution/concept) will be an added advantage
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Salary: INR 5,50,000 - 6,50,000 P.A.
