Urgent Hiring For the position of BM

Setting-up and heading complete branch operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by assuring optimal utilization of available resource

-Managing Team of Financial Relationship Managers, training and motivating the team for achieving budgets and ensuring the achievements of sales revenue target for the branch

-Responsible of minting of AUM in MF and PMS, branch.

-Implementing sales & marketing and operations to create a positive experience for clients; reaching out to new & unexplored segments for revitalizing stagnant & declining business

-Coordinating between all sales support departments, managing entire processes & related escalations and providing the highest level of customer service delivery

-Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the products' utilities & maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the business

-Devising &establishing policies/procedures for the overall development of the bank as well as reducing overall costs to the bank through various means.

-Reduced client complaints along with nil RBI escalations through adhering to documentation, systems and processes

-Adhered to regulatory compliance such as RBI, SEBI, IRDA for ensuring smooth banking operations
